The Simple Respirometer BFS 74 is an apparatus which is used to determine how much O2 which consumed by insect or plants. Consisting of two main parts, viz: a glass capillary pipe and a glass bottle.
The capillary pipe has scale printed clearly, not easy fade. One end of the pipe is bigger and finely grinded, used as the connector to the bottle.
The glass bottle is sized 40 ml, made of borosilicate glass which is used as the specimen container. The bottle neck is also finely grinded, so it makes strong connection and free of leakage when it is attached to the capillary pipe.
The main part is mounted using clamps made of steel spring on a plastic base sized 400 x 50 cm.
