The ORP sensor BT57i measures the ability of a solution to act as an oxidizing or reducing agent. The sensor consists of an ORP electrode and an amplifier.
Range: -450 mV .. 1100 mV
Resolution (12-bit): 0.5 mV
ORP electrode: sealed, gel-filled, epoxy body,
Ag/AgCl reference
Temperature range: 0 – 600C
Can be used to:
measure the oxidizing ability of chlorine in swimming pools,
investigate redox titrations to determine the equivalence point in an oxidation reduction reactions.
