Resonance kit

The Resonance Kit 060 is a set for
measurement and control activities around
the concept of Resonance. The kit consists of
an adjustable base, a plastic tube, a movable
coil, a movable force sensor holder, a spring,
a spring holder and a magnet. Instead of a
metal rod, a Force sensor (not included in
the kit) for measuring spring oscillations can
be used. The measurements of induced EMF
due to the periodic motion of a magnet can
be done. The current carried through the
coil can be controlled (turning on and off)
through outputs of the CoachLab II+ interface
and the way this influences the magnet,
hanging on the spring, can be observed.
